I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist who enjoys working with women struggling with fears, phobias and anxieties including work and personal stress. I have a background in nursing, with over 20 years of experience in children’s nursing and health visiting within the NHS.


I offer a warm, empathetic space where we can discuss your needs and work together to create a personalised therapy plan. I’ll work at your pace, providing a non-judgmental, inclusive setting to help you move forward and make positive, lasting changes.

Sessions, Location & Fees

I currently offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams. Sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at £70 each, payable by bank transfer.


While I work exclusively online at the moment, I will be offering face-to-face sessions in South Manchester in the coming months. If you're based locally or nearby and are interested in in-person therapy, feel free to get in touch for updates on availability.


If you need to cancel a session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged at the full session rate.
