Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Sue, and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist offering online therapy sessions in South Manchester.
I specialise in supporting professional women and children—particularly women in their 40s and 50s—who are struggling with anxiety, fears and phobias that have gradually taken hold of their lives.
Many of my clients find themselves avoiding situations they once enjoyed: riding a cable car, attending social gatherings, or presenting at work. The fear and overwhelm can feel so powerful that these moments become sources of distress rather than joy. And with each avoidance, the anxiety grows stronger.
Drawing from both my personal journey with anxiety and my professional expertise, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps clients gently face their fears and reclaim their confidence.
Clients often share that they feel calmer, more in control, and equipped with strategies that extend far beyond the initial issue—tools they carry into many areas of life.
As a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and coach, I use proven methods to create lasting change. My background in children’s nursing and health visiting also allows me to support children in building emotional resilience early on, helping prevent lifelong challenges.

I currently offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams. Sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at £70 each, payable by bank transfer.
While I work exclusively online at the moment, I will be offering face-to-face sessions in South Manchester in the coming months. If you're based locally or nearby and are interested in in-person therapy, feel free to get in touch for updates on availability.
If you need to cancel a session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged at the full session rate.
