Are you at a time in your life when you are feeling stuck and need to work out what choices you have, which way to go and how to reach your goals?


Life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes even the strongest among us need a safe space to pause, reflect, and realign. Coaching

offers just that: a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you

reconnect with your strengths, clarify your goals and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to lead.


If you’re simply feeling stuck, coaching provides a nurturing space to explore what’s holding you back—and gently guide you forward.

So what exactly is coaching?

Coaching is a non-directive, non-judgemental, client-led conversation that focuses on change, choice, and empowerment. Coaching is rooted in the present and future.

It’s about helping you understand how you can reach your goals, challenge

limiting beliefs, and build practical strategies for growth.

As a Transformational Coach, I work alongside you—not as an expert with all the answers, but as a compassionate partner who helps you uncover your own.

Together, we explore your values, strengths, and innerresources to create lasting, meaningful change.


Who am I ?

I am an integrative coach who can help you grow and develop personally and professionally. Life can be so demanding and there are so many

decisions to make with very little time. We often feel stuck as we haven’t got the time to think and make decisions about our own future.


This is where I was a few years ago, until I retrained in coaching and found myself helping others in a similar situation. I have helped people who have been stuck in their careers, find what their strengths are and what energises them. Many have found their next ‘perfect’ job and have found the motivation to move forward to do what they are passionate about.

Coaching allows you time to think in a supportive environment without judgement. The coaching journey is non-directive … you bring the goals: Where do you want to be? What do you want to achieve? What’s

the next step you need to take to get there?

It’s an individualised process that can help you to maximise your potential and move on with your life. Coaching can be a powerful, yet flexible solution for your unique challenges and stressors that stop you being the person you were meant to be.

What does a coaching session feel like?

Expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you’re truly heard. I use an integrative approach, using a variety of models and techniques such as Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural coaching, solution-focussed, NLP and Nancy Kline

You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered—with tools you can use in everyday life.

I appreciated Sue asking questions throughout the sessions as it allowed me to think of what my goals were that I was trying to aim for and to discuss what was preventing me from reaching them. I also liked being asked throughout each session if I was comfortable being challenged as it made me be able to challenge my own perspectives in a safe non-judgemental place.

Sue has not only helped me with thinking of actions that I can do to create positive influence into my life, but she has also challenged me when I have had issues with procrastinating allowing me to rethink on ways where I can challenge this and create solutions to combat against this.

Sessions, Location & Fees

I currently offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams. Sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at £65 each, payable by bank transfer.


While I work exclusively online at the moment, I will be offering face-to-face sessions in South Manchester in the coming months. If you're based locally or nearby and are interested in in-person coaching, feel free to get in touch for updates on availability.


If you need to cancel a session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged at the full session rate.
